- Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communication Arts, Economics, Management or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the fields of Sales, Marketing, Retail Management, Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
- Ability to conduct market research, gathers data on customer information as to customer satisfaction, competitor’s market, product, price and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Must have knowledge in store / retail / wholesale operations.
- With hands on exposure in program development and planning.
- With Financial Management skills, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Customer-oriented skills; able to interact with top management, with good negotiation and bargaining ability.
- Possesses strong and engaging personality that customers will appreciate and respond to.
- Highly creative; knowledgeable in Graphics design for marketing.
- Excellent in written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be goal-oriented/result oriented; can multi task effectively; and can work with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work on extended hours, and on weekends and holidays.
- Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines.
